Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-sales Solutioner to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a Pre-sales Solutioner, you will be responsible for promoting and developing world-class engineering solutions for our clients within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Pre-sales Activity: Map business requirements to Capgemini Digital Engineering offerings, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Identify Business Needs: Determine the need for tools, software, and human resources to support the New Product Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop Sales Campaigns: Create and execute sales campaigns for Water sector Smart Operations, leveraging external thought leadership and influencing senior leaders in key clients.
- Educate the Sales Team: Provide training and education to the sales team on Water sector Smart Operations solutions, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Communicate Engineering Capabilities: Effectively communicate Capgemini Engineering's diverse engineering capabilities to key Water sector clients through various channels, positioning the company for success.
- Influence Client Requirements: Influence clients to define their requirements, positioning Capgemini Engineering for success when RFPs are issued.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of diverse experience in the Water sector, including water and wastewater, central operations, strategy, and regulatory environments.
- Technical Skills: Developed understanding of project planning, budgeting, and financial management, as well as experience working with near-shore and offshore engineering centers.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex and high-value engagements in a Delivery or Engineering role, from pre-sales to closure.
- Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English.
- Industry Knowledge: Strategic & Transformation Consulting.
