About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Director to join our team at Quantexa. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our UK Healthcare sector growth and drive sales strategy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales go-to-market strategy for the UK Healthcare sector, working closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
  2. Pipeline Building: Identify new opportunities, build our pipeline, and win new deals to meet company targets.
  3. Collaboration: Work with our Head of UK Public Sector to define and execute the sales strategy, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Delivery, Solution Success, and other teams.
  4. Partnerships: Leverage our partner ecosystem to drive go-to-market efforts and work in partnership with the Healthcare Industry Leader to ensure alignment.
Requirements
  • Healthcare Expertise: Good understanding of Healthcare Sector issues and ability to advise and solutionize with customers through a consultative sales-based approach.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in global health and care industries and/or life sciences, with a track record of positioning and selling Enterprise software.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience of working with and contacts within NHS England, Integrated Care Boards, Trusts, and Local Authorities.
  • Targets: Track record of holding sales targets and meeting company goals.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to integrate into effective sales teams and lead opportunities.
