About Our Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team at Protecht Group. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a central role in the management and organization of our sales process.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining our Global Demo Sites and serving as a liaison between the Sales and Product teams. This role offers opportunities for career progression, training, and development, as well as the chance to work with a dynamic and growing company.

You will report to a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant and work closely with various teams, providing critical support to the Product, Sales Engineers, and Sales teams.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment or Enterprise Risk Management/GRC industry
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proven experience in pre-sales within the SaaS space
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and solutions-focused
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, as required
