About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful sales outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ServiceNow platform advancements
  • Contribute to the development and growth of our ServiceNow practice

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in pre-sales or solution consulting
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
