Job Title: ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Pre-Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and demonstrate how ServiceNow solutions can address their business challenges
  • Conduct product demos and create presentations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities
  • Build proofs of concepts and respond to RFPs
  • Document proposals and statements of work
  • Estimate ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and SPM related packages of work
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to understand customer business challenges
  • Convey requirements to technical teams and create Epics and Features
  • Align development with requirements and manage existing technical teams
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in pre-sales or solution consulting
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
