Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Executive to oversee the Scandinavian market from the UK, with regular travel commitments to explore market dynamics and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Scandinavian region to drive both short-term and long-term growth.
- Manage relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new sales opportunities to enhance revenue streams and achieve corporate objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, lead generation, and qualification to identify potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system and customer database.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team, contributing to sales processes and utilizing existing sales enablement tools effectively.
- Participate as a proactive member of the sales team to meet targets within assigned territories.
- Communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Monitor and manage sales-related costs associated with the role.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales tools, reports, processes, and systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and ERP systems. CAD skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to travel internationally, with an expected balance of approximately 50% office work and 50% travel, depending on seasonal demands and workload.

- Proficient knowledge of the English language.
