Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their Commercial Division on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain HR databases and records
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and requests
  • Provide guidance and advice on company policies and procedures
  • Take minutes at HR meetings and ensure accurate records are kept
  • Compile and prepare confidential documents and letters
  • Maintain and update HR spreadsheets and trackers
  • Collate and record employee absence and leave data
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding processes, including compliance checks
  • Produce regular HR reports and analytics
  • Update training databases and documents, and coordinate training courses

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial environment
  • CIPD qualification or currently working towards completing Level 3 is highly desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications
