  • Take minutes at HR meetings, ensuring that all discussions and decisions are accurately recorded.
  • Compile confidential letters and reports, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage HR spreadsheets and trackers, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collate and record sickness absence data, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the recruitment process, ensuring that all necessary checks and compliance procedures are completed.
  • Produce regular HR reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Update training databases and documents, ensuring that all employees have access to the latest information and resources.
  • Organize and book training courses, ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • CIPD qualification or currently working towards completing your level 3 is preferred, however relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
