Punjab Pakora are recruiting for a Recruitment & Social Media Assistant to join our Administration team (Based in Ayr, South Ayrshire)

This position is an entry level position within the HR & Admin Team and accompanies a variety of tasks of Recruitment, HR & Social Media Content creation

Shift patterns will primarily be Monday-Friday (30-37.5 Hours Weekly) however weekends may be required if there is upcoming events or the business requires availability.

If you are successful your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assist in recruitment tasks such as placing & Creating adverts online
- Carrying out pre-employment checks.
- Note taking in meetings & assisting in HR Meetings as required
- Admin tasks (Document creation &
- Supporting the HR Manager with project work.
- Create and maintain an online brand presence across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Liaise with management and Staff across the business in brand promotion and customer outreach
- Attending Sales events where appropriate to help create and market our content and products.
- Strive to continuously raise the profile of the Company by sharing our business developments and achievements.
- Create engaging and relevant content; suggest and research new ways to attract or engage followers.
- Facilitate and engage in online conversations, including responding to queries or questions.
- Support recruitment activities, promoting careers at Punjab Pakora
- As well as creating online posts you will assist in creation of posters to help with internal marketing and recruitment.
- In addition to social media, you will support with occasional event planning activities such as team events, Festive/Seasonal Events & Marketing material to assist sales activities
- Other potential tasks and opportunities will be discussed at interview stage.

**Requirements for the role.**
- Good administrator with experience of Word and Excel.
- Good typing skills and happy to support notetaking.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and other social media best practices
- Experience of using a design platform such as Canva.
- Team player and flexible in your approach to work
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels
- Be self-motivated and work on your own initiative

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
