Human Resources Coordinator

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their Commercial Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to work with a successful manufacturing client based in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain HR databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Attend HR meetings and take minutes to ensure that all actions and decisions are documented.
- Compile confidential letters and reports as required.
- Support the recruitment process by collating and recording sickness absence, and assisting with new starter compliance checks.
- Produce regular HR reports to inform business decisions.
- Update training databases and documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Organize and book training courses to support employee development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration, preferably with a CIPD qualification or working towards completing a level 3 certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, to efficiently manage HR systems and data.
