Business Development Manager - Networking

Salary: Circa £45K (based on experience) plus OTE

Location: Theale

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our data networking solutions and technical services. You will also promote our unified communications (UC) products. This senior sales role focuses on developing high-value channel accounts, including Resellers, Managed Service Providers, and System Integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Managing select existing accounts
  • Collaborating with Marketing to execute strategic initiatives
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Technical Support and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record in networking solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of industry channels
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
