We are currently collaborating with a distinguished law firm seeking a Legal Recruitment Assistant to enhance their recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary contact for new employees and organizing orientation sessions for all incoming attorneys.
  • Facilitating the interview process by coordinating with partners, administrative staff, and recruitment agencies, including managing virtual meeting links, room reservations, sending reminders, welcoming candidates, and gathering feedback post-interview.
  • Updating and maintaining internal Practice Group Charts to reflect changes in personnel.
  • Generating monthly recruitment analytics for international branches.
  • Assisting with pre-screening, background checks, and conflict assessments.
  • Supporting graduate recruitment initiatives, including participation in legal fairs and networking events.
  • Managing expense reimbursements and invoice processing for the recruitment team.

Qualifications Required

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Understanding of the legal qualification process is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of legal education and professional frameworks across the EMEA region.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
