About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our e-Rostering Team as an eRostering Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that supports the implementation and administration of our electronic E-rostering system.

About the Role

The eRostering Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the clinical teams with the administration, support, and training functions associated with Allocate Optima. This will involve becoming an expert user of the system, preparing and delivering training to all levels of the workforce, and providing frontline support and advice on the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical teams with the management of the Allocate systems to ensure effective and efficient use.
  • Create rosters when required and perform system administration tasks.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of data within the system and allocate appropriate user responsibilities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and errors with the system.
  • Assist staff to collect and analyze complex data, including shift patterns and hours, to develop, test, deploy, and support end-user requirements.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in IT systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams and other stakeholders.
