This is an exciting opportunity to join the e-Rostering Team at NHS Scotland, supporting the implementation and administration of the Allocate Optima system.
The successful candidate will become an expert user of the system, providing training and support to clinical teams, and ensuring effective and efficient use of the system.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering training to all levels of the workforce
- Providing frontline support and advice on the system to clinical teams
- Supporting the clinical teams on the management of the Allocate systems
- Creating rosters when required and performing system administration
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of data within the system
- Troubleshooting issues and errors
- Assisting staff to collect and analyse complex data
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
