  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project delivered safely, on time and under budget
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site and develop effective solutions

Safety Documentation Requirements:

  • Create comprehensive method statements that include:
  • Project overview (project name, reference number, etc.)
  • Detailed hazards and safety measures
  • Step-by-step instructions for task completion
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
  • Emergency procedures and contact information
  • Develop thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and control measures
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easily understood by workers and clients
  • Regularly review and update safety documentation as project conditions change

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on site installation and repair in Oil&Gas/Renewables/Civils
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective method statements and risk assessments
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction and industrial sectors
  • Experience with heavy equipment operation and safety protocols
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites

Desirable Skills:

  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification in occupational health and safety
  • Experience of Lifting Operations

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear safety documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Meticulous attention to detail in developing comprehensive safety procedures
  • Ability to balance safety requirements with project efficiency and timelines
