We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead on, co-ordinate, deliver and monitor the Highland Appropriate Adult Service. The successful candidate will also undertake the Appropriate Adult role as required.

The post holder will support the work of the Principal Officer for Adult Protection and the Highland Adult Protection Committee, including raising awareness of Adult Protection for the public/community, highlighting and effectively communicating the work of the Adult Protection Committee to the multi-agency partnership, and increasing communication channels for sharing Adult Protection messages.

The adult protection and appropriate adult portfolios have a multi-agency agenda and link with a wide range of partner agencies and organisations.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Adult Social Care, Adult Support & Protection, Appropriate Adult and other statutory legislation, as well as experience in a Project Officer or similar role.
