Job Description

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • HSE Compliance: Ensure all construction activities meet company HSE health and safety standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient project delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: SCQF level 8 or equivalent.
  • Certifications: SMSTS and CSCS certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

A competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
