Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Beam. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of Geophysical Survey or Subsea ROV based projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:




  • Demonstrate commitment to Beams's values and ensure compliance with the company and project health, safety, environmental, quality, and ethics systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess operational risks and escalate as necessary, ensuring we anticipate and manage risks effectively.
  • Own project budgets, assess financial risks, and provide feedback to key stakeholders, ensuring financial stability and predictable project economic outcomes.
  • Report on project performance across schedule, risk, cost and change management against ensuring we deliver results that meet our clients' needs.


Requirements:




  • You will have 5 or more years' experience in project management or operations management within an offshore environment.
  • You will have delivering successful projects of a value >£5m to a proven project management methodology.
  • You will have APM project management PPQ (SQCF Level 9) or Member of the association of project managers (MAPM). Equivalent PMP qualification will be considered also.
  • You will have Technical knowledge of hydrographical, geophysical or ROV based project solution.
