Responsibilities

You will have a background as a Senior MEP Project Manager leading the project management team in the planning and daily execution of MEP Services on construction projects.

Key Duties Include:

  • Coordinating mechanical and/or electrical designs.
  • Collaborating with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Overseeing safety and quality aspects of the project in line with company protocols.
  • Supervising the progress of work and managing M&E trades.
  • Developing the project schedule, including the delivery strategy, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Facilitating smooth and timely communication among all contract parties.
  • Identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
  • Keeping project stakeholders updated on progress, costs, and other relevant matters.
  • Reviewing project scope while managing budget and timeline.
  • Conducting cost analysis as needed.
  • Participating in design evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager overseeing major MEP-focused projects.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, with the capability to manage submittal approvals and project timelines.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in MEP Building Services or related fields.
  • Commitment to Quality: A strong dedication to assessing and enhancing project-related processes to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Integrity: High levels of integrity with a focus on fulfilling client requirements and upholding company values.
  • Experience with complex structures is desirable.
