We are seeking a Logistics Administration Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the logistics division.This position presents an opportunity to play a vital role in the efficient operation of logistics activities while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to the Logistics Manager.Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Administration Specialist:
Collaborating with the Logistics Manager, Customer Service Manager, and the Warehouse & Production Manager to strategize and oversee logistics operations, including route optimization, scheduling, and vehicle allocation to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Performing administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and data entry.Leveraging logistics management software to improve operational efficiency and minimize costs.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations.
Previous experience in a similar logistics administration role is preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the logistics industry is advantageous.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
