About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Trafford Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all TE orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create TE pick documentation and organize transport for TE movements through various logistics providers.
  • Manage IFTMIN creation, control bulk orders for large customers, and place orders with EU plants.
  • Book incoming deliveries, generate daily/weekly/monthly production reports, and complete ACCS forms for custom declaration.
  • Monitor and control the age of stock.
Personal and Technical Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, including MS Excel and Word.
Working Hours and Remuneration

Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.31.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
