Internal Sales Executive

Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
Our client who won an award for Top Employer 2024 is looking a candidate with customer service or sales experience in European Road Freight.

The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience in sales within a freight forwarding company.

Main Duties:
Maximising business potential through management and development of existing customer accounts and offering tailored solutions.
Making client and supplier visits.
To identify and follow up on sales leads.
Working collaboratively with the operations team.
Staying up to date with market developments and competitors.
Negotiating the best prices with suppliers.
Coordinating with the logistics team to offer a seamless service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
Road freight knowledge / experience in a freight forwarding company - Desirable
Strong communication skills
Customer service skills
Negotiating and pricing skills
Key account management
