About the Role

The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team in Trafford Park. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Process all TE orders efficiently and accurately
* Create TE pick documentation and organize transport for TE movements through various carriers
* Manage IFTMIN creation and control bulk orders for large customers
* Place orders with EU plants and book incoming deliveries
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
* Complete ACCS forms for custom declarations and control stock age

Personal and Technical Competencies

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Working Hours and Remuneration

* Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm
* £12.31 per hour
