Teaching Opportunity in King's Lynn

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher of Classics and PSHE to join our supportive secondary school community in King's Lynn. Our school provides a nurturing environment for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues, and we are looking for a positive and engaging individual who can inspire our students and contribute to our inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Classics and PSHE to secondary students with SEMH needs.
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons to support students' academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
  • Track student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Background in teaching Classics, PSHE, or History.
  • Experience working with secondary students, particularly those with SEMH needs.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable.
