Job Overview

  • Financial Oversight:
    Take charge of the entire finance department, contributing valuable financial insights to strategic planning and project execution. Spearhead the business planning and forecasting initiatives.
  • Management Reporting:
    Generate monthly management reports, oversee forecasting, budgeting, and prepare annual statutory accounts. Guarantee timely and precise financial reporting and disclosures.
  • Cash Flow and Receivables Management:
    Proactively manage cash flow and Net Working Capital, ensuring adherence to all financial regulations.
  • Strategic Business Partnering:
    Deliver strong business partnering support to the executive team to enhance financial performance and facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Internal Financial Controls:
    Establish and enforce internal controls for both financial and operational processes. Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards.
  • Audit Coordination:
    Collaborate with auditors to effectively manage annual audits, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of statutory accounts.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Propose enhancements to improve efficiency, insights, and controls that align with the growth of the business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Educational Qualifications:
    Possess a degree or equivalent qualification along with ACA, CIMA, or ACCA certifications.
  • Professional Experience:
    Demonstrated success in leading a finance team within a medium-sized organization.
  • Key Skills:
    Exhibit strong attention to detail, capability to juggle multiple priorities, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
