About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in the Urology Directorate at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Specialist Nurses and existing Health Care Assistants, providing person-centered care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide safe and effective care to patients, working under the direction of Specialist Nurses and in line with an agreed plan of care.
- To support the Specialist Nurses in delivering care to patients, contributing to the delivery of care and assisting in the monitoring of conditions and health needs.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and carers to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- To participate in clinics and other activities as directed by the Specialist Nurses, maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Person Specification
Essential
- General education to GCSE level in Maths and English grade A-D (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with people/team
- Clear and effective reading and writing in the English language
- Understanding of the HCA role
