About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Main Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting patients with their daily needs, such as feeding and mobility
  • Supporting patients with their medication and treatment plans
  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and make decisions autonomously
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
