About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead for Complex Mental Health Services, you will play a key role in the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the management of people with complex needs through the provision of clinical leadership and advice and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the West Norfolk CRHT team and provide clinical leadership and advice to the crisis pathway in the south and central areas of Norfolk.
  • Support the development of a hub and spoke model for crisis services, ensuring senior supervision is always available where needed.
  • Work closely with the Mental Health Liaison Services at acute hospitals countywide, particularly the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
  • Provide clinical leadership and advice to the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the management of people with complex needs.
