Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a Clinical Team Leader to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Kings Lynn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of mental health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health practice, with experience in providing leadership in a mental health care environment. You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of clinical and national policies and guidelines, as well as knowledge of psychosocial interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to a team of mental health professionals
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people
  • Develop and implement treatment pathways and interventions
  • Work closely with the Service Manager, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and Senior Nurses to ensure the smooth operation of the service

Person Specification:

  • Nursing degree or equivalent
  • Experience in providing leadership in a mental health care environment
  • Knowledge of clinical and national policies and guidelines
  • Knowledge of psychosocial interventions
