Position:
Facilities Coordinator

Overview:
Our client, a reputable law firm in the UK, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup of office spaces and meeting rooms
- Collaborate with the Facilities Supervisor in sourcing general services for all locations
- Assist in the planning and execution of office relocations within set timelines
- Oversee the storeroom, manage waste/recycling, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Provide coverage at other office locations as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator or Administrator
- Background in professional services or legal environments
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C (including English and Maths)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience in customer service or office settings is advantageous
- Familiarity with legal environments is preferred.
