About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Facilities Administrator to provide key support to our Facilities team and wider office at Bidwells in Trumpington. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the reception desk, corporate hospitality, general building maintenance, and the post room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Order and manage refreshment supplies for employees and meeting rooms, maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
  • Coordinate the collection and receipt of keys for clients and contractors, ensuring secure and efficient access.
  • Work on Front of House, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering switchboard calls, and sorting and distributing incoming post.
  • Record and process all cheques received, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Arrange UK and international couriers, cars, and taxi bookings, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Assist with corporate hospitality provision, covering for absence, and managing bookings of pool cars and bikes.
  • Maintain staff car registration details and issue permits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
