About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities/Reception Coordinator to join our team at a leading Student Accommodation provider based at the Oxford Brookes University site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 7 part-time cleaners, 2 Front of House team members, and 3 Out of Hours team members, reporting to the overall site manager.
  • Oversee people management, dealing with rotas, sickness or holiday cover, and motivating the team to create a good workplace.
  • Conduct daily quality checks, spot-checking cleaning standards, and escalate maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
  • Provide excellent customer service as the manager for the front of house, troubleshooting issues or complaints and maintaining a high standard of environment for residents.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in student accommodation, mobilisation, building, facilities, or front of house management, with a positive attitude and good people skills.

We offer a competitive hourly/daily rate, commensurate with the equivalent permanent salary for the post, and the role will be immediate for 3 months initially, then ongoing.
