Facilities Support Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and approachable 'Facilities Support Coordinator' to assist in delivering essential support to our Facilities team and the broader office environment at Bidwells. Your role will involve managing the reception area, overseeing corporate hospitality, ensuring general building upkeep, and handling postal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to the Facilities Manager.
- Managing the procurement of refreshments for staff and meeting spaces.
- Overseeing inventory control for office supplies, including stationery, printing materials, and catering needs.
- Coordinating the collection and distribution of keys for clients and contractors as necessary.
- Serving as the first point of contact at the Front of House, welcoming and assisting all visitors.
- Handling and redirecting all incoming switchboard calls.
- Sorting and distributing all incoming mail in the morning and managing outgoing mail in the evening.
- Documenting all received cheques.
- Arranging UK and international courier services, as well as transportation bookings.
- Supporting corporate hospitality efforts as needed and providing coverage during absences.
- Managing reservations for pool vehicles and bicycles.
- Maintaining records of staff vehicle registrations and issuing parking permits.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service capacity with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
