About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop customer experience strategies that leverage insights across segments, products, and personas.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to elevate community activities, including communication and interaction.
  • Design and lead customer programs that align with business goals, fostering awareness, generating pipeline, accelerating activation, inspiring advocacy, and encouraging referrals.
  • Oversee content creation and development of content calendars to ensure valuable content is offered to all member segments and drives engagement.
  • Align cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and sales, to ideate, build, and scale customer experience programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar senior role, with a track record of driving successful customer marketing activities.
  • Advanced degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing community-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical abilities and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of B2B SaaS.
