About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Kantar Group. As a key member of our Insights team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients drive business growth through customer-centric strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business results for our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer experience programs
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and priorities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer experience strategy and program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of customer experience metrics and analytics
