The Institute for Arts in Therapy & Education (IATE) stands as one of London's leading independent institutions dedicated to therapy training, boasting over three decades of excellence.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic full-time Course Sales and Admissions Specialist to enhance our team.


The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic salesperson, responsible for managing initial inquiries regarding our training programs, converting these inquiries into enrollments.

They will actively follow up on any requests for information received via telephone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups on referrals.


It is essential that IATE is represented professionally, with all associated marketing materials reflecting a positive image aimed at increasing student enrollment.

Participation in marketing initiatives, such as educational fairs and introductory events, will be a key aspect of this role, alongside monitoring customer satisfaction to maximize course recruitment.

The position will also encompass various administrative responsibilities related to data management and general office tasks.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inquiries related to courses, ensuring maximum enrollment in alignment with IATE's objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all course-related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Collaborate with the Academic Officer team to ensure inquiries are effectively translated into applications and enrollments.
  • Oversee the admissions process within the student CRM, converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • Develop and place advertisements in relevant publications and on digital platforms, tracking their effectiveness.
  • Generate weekly sales reports for senior management and maintain sensitive student data within the CRM.
  • Organize and promote introductory events, representing the organization.
  • Coordinate applicant interviews and compile feedback from students.

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to prospective trainees.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effectively prioritize a busy workload while working independently.
  • Be a proactive self-starter with a keen eye for improving processes.
  • Possess strong IT skills, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint.
  • Quickly assimilate new information and skills, thriving in a supportive team environment.
