Position Overview

Hult International Business School is seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong adaptability and communication skills.

Role Summary

The successful applicant will be part of Hult's Global Admissions team, contributing to the admissions process from either the London or Boston campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate applications for both postgraduate and undergraduate programs.
  • Ensure adherence to the School's accreditation standards during the admissions process.
  • Participate in the Admissions Committee to establish admissions guidelines.
  • Verify the academic credentials and professional experiences of applicants.
  • Organize and coordinate admissions interviews.
  • Provide statistical insights regarding incoming student demographics to the Campus Leadership Team.
  • Draft acceptance and rejection correspondence for applicants.
  • Act as a primary contact for prospective and current applicants.
  • Communicate admissions criteria and decisions to global recruitment teams.
  • Manage the scanning, uploading, and filing of applicant records.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards in line with accreditation and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is necessary.
  • Experience in secondary and higher education is advantageous.
  • International experience is a plus.
