Job Summary:
ACS International Schools is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Support Specialist to join our Admissions team at ACS Hillingdon. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Dean of Admissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of the Admissions office, providing welcoming, professional, and outstanding customer service to prospective families.
- Help with the potential assessment of applicants, including the Oxford placement test.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including managing the database of all applications, assisting in the production of statistical reports, and providing timely and accurate information for management purposes.
- Represent ACS at off-site enrolment and networking events, including evening and some weekend commitments.
- Liaise and work seamlessly with relocation companies, consultants, and multi-national companies.
Requirements:
- Team-focused with a flexible attitude.
- Proven experience in the use of databases and computer software, such as Microsoft and Google applications.
- Able to develop admissions and marketing information and correspondence with competence, in collaboration with the marketing and digital teams.
