The successful candidate will be responsible for converting initial inquiries into sales and course enrollments. They will ensure timely follow-up on all requests for information, referrals, and associated advertising. The role will also involve accompanying administrative duties, including data inputting and office-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with our Academic Officer team to ensure inquiries translate to applications and enrollments on courses
  • Translate course inquiries into admissions and oversee this administrative process on the student CRM
  • Produce a weekly sales report for senior management
  • Update and maintain sensitive student data within our student CRM
  • Arrange applicant interviews
  • Distribute, collate, and report on student feedback

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone manner and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to offer excellent and in-depth customer service to prospective IATE trainees
  • Outstanding IT literacy, ideally within the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint
  • A competitive salary of £37,000 plus commission related to sales targets
