At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Admissions to join our team at Falcons School. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the admissions process, ensuring that our school remains a top choice for families seeking a world-class education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy to drive student recruitment and retention.
  • Lead the admissions team to ensure seamless delivery of the admissions process, from initial enquiry to student enrolment.
  • Collaborate with the European Head of CX, Head, and Group marketing team to ensure alignment with Inspired Education's overall strategy.
  • Ensure service standards and quality assurance procedures are met, and evolve with parent expectations and needs.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and funding to drive enhancements in systems and processes to deliver improved performance.
  • Build strong customer advocacy and repeat client loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level plus one year's related experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of the principles of sales and marketing.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to lead and motivate a team of staff and build effective and trusting relationships and professional networks in the wider community.
  • Highly competent using a range of IT systems, including MIS & data analytics tools.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems and integration with the sales life cycle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build confidence and credibility at senior levels both in person and through papers, presentations, and reports.
