Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Admissions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the administrative processes for our client, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admissions Coordination
    • Oversee the admissions process for various academic courses, including open days, application management, and candidate interviews.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve admissions efficiency and student satisfaction.
  • International Student Support
    • Provide guidance on student visa applications and ensure compliance with all relevant immigration regulations.
    • Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement policies and procedures for international student support.
  • Student Enrollment
    • Manage the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and securely.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our services.
  • Course Administration
    • Monitor student attendance, prepare reports, and collaborate with senior staff to ensure smooth course operations.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student engagement and retention.
  • Data and Compliance
    • Assist in managing student data, ensuring all records comply with institutional and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information.
  • Student Services
    • Coordinate with student support teams to provide assistance in areas such as accommodation, health services, and financial aid.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student satisfaction and well-being.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses the following qualities:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in administrative roles, ideally with some management responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with student finance systems and visa processes is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience of the International admissions process.
