Role Summary:

The Admissions Coordinator position is a vibrant role that supports a dynamic and busy admissions team.

The individual in this role will be tasked with managing and responding to treatment inquiries, overseeing our client relationship management (CRM) system, coordinating with clinical and admissions personnel to schedule assessment meetings, and assisting the admissions team with daily administrative tasks. The role requires teamwork with management, clinical, and administrative staff to provide exceptional support to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to and managing treatment inquiries.
  • Effectively utilizing CRM systems to gather client information and manage communications.
  • Coordinating intake meetings, pre-admission assessments, and both online and in-person visits.
  • Collaborating with clinical team members to schedule intake assessments and follow-up meetings.
  • Assisting the team with the Admissions Audit to ensure all clinical documentation is accurately stored and all actions are completed.
  • Communicating with external referrals, NHS teams, and private practitioners to ensure all necessary clinical information is collected, reviewed, and stored appropriately.
  • Drafting emails and letters to inform clients about admission details, dates, and assisting finance with billing as needed.
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of work, especially during fluctuations in workload.
  • Performing additional duties as required in line with the role and experience.
  • Contributing to the consistent application of Orri's safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Reporting any safeguarding concerns following the appropriate protocol to the designated safeguarding lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working alongside a senior team in a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and diary management skills.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
