Main Duties of the Role

The Outpatient Department at St Helier is a comprehensive multi-specialty unit, encompassing a wide range of surgical and medical specialties for adult patients.
This pivotal role supports senior management and nursing teams in facilitating a service that aligns with future healthcare needs, which includes change management, achieving performance and budgetary objectives, and fostering staff development.
Flexibility in working hours is required, including evening and weekend shifts, and the potential to work across various departments within the Trust as needed.
