Position Overview:
We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to enhance our team:

Working Hours:
Contracted to 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our key clients through various communication channels, including phone, in-person, and email, to foster customer loyalty.


You will manage an active portfolio of existing clients while proactively seeking to develop new accounts into profitable relationships. Our Internal Sales Executives serve as the primary contact for key account clients.

We are looking for individuals with a sales-oriented mindset who enjoy engaging with clients, adept at using probing questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, and organized enough to ensure regular communication touchpoints are established.

Additionally, you may assist the broader branch team by serving at the Trade Counter and handling product picking and packing in our warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.



Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical products is a plus
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure
