About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for working closely with the events and marketing team to understand the upcoming schedule of events and creating a feedback loop between clients and marketing and events to ensure the events will be of interest to clients.

The successful candidate will manage existing clients, continue their sponsorship contracts, ensure they are happy with the service, consult them on the details of the events, the attendees, and ensure they have a good experience when they attend.

The Event Sales Executive will attend these events, most likely in Europe, with travel expenses covered.

The role involves working with the business to ensure that the events are well attended, helping if needed to provide outreach to possible attendees as well as sponsors.

The Sales Executive will receive an account commission for existing business and a new business commission for any new sponsors they enroll.

The Package

The company offers a basic salary depending on experience, with 4 days in the office per week and 1 day from home.

The benefits include a work from anywhere scheme, allowing employees to extend holidays abroad while working internationally for some of the year, a Christmas shutdown giving 4 more days off a year, a day off for their birthday, and 2 days off for volunteering each year.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales involving a lot of initial outreach, with around 2 years or more of B2B sales experience.

The candidate must be willing to attend events internationally, already living in the UK, with travel access to the office within a reasonable commute, and happy to work in the office 4 days a week.

The candidate must also have experience using LinkedIn as a sales tool.
