Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional Bank Care & Support Assistant who is passionate about providing high-quality care.

You will have the chance to work flexible shifts at Cygnet Health Care, where we offer a unique Neuropsychiatric treatment and rehabilitation pathway tailored to meet the complex needs of our service users.

Our facility focuses on a specialized rehabilitation pathway for adult males, featuring uniquely designed wards that support recovery from Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and address challenging behaviors that may hinder rehabilitation.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through both physical and emotional support
  • Understand individual needs and deliver assistance in the most effective manner
  • Support with medical and welfare requirements
  • Document medical and welfare needs as necessary
  • Ensure safeguarding practices are upheld
