We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, working with a group of four individuals with mixed learning disabilities and mental health needs. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting our service users to live their best lives.
The ideal candidate will be able to encourage and support our service users to engage in new experiences, develop their interests, and explore their local communities. They will be able to work flexibly, including evenings and sleep-in shifts, and will be committed to providing high-quality care and support.
