Position Overview

Daily Duties
- Provide enhanced support with a flexible approach tailored to the needs of individuals in our care.
- Offer guidance and encouragement through both physical and emotional support.
- Understand each individual's specific needs and deliver assistance in the most effective manner.
- Assist with medical and welfare requirements.
- Document medical and welfare needs as necessary.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the environment.
