Job Summary

Jungheinrich UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of Service Dispatchers and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including work planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with experience in team leadership and process improvement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 and SAP, with experience in work planning and scheduling.
