Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

Location: Remote

Contract: Temporary/FTC

Hours: 37.5, Monday-Friday with 1 in 4 Weekends

Salary: £23,500 pro rata

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
